My water was shut off for non-payment! What do I have to do to restore services?

The best way to have services restored, is to pay in person, with customer service at City Hall located at 604 W. Fairmont Parkway. City Hall also has a convenient kiosk machine, located outside of the building.  If you are unable to come to our office, you have the option of paying online by clicking here. All payments made must be received by 3:30 p.m. to insure same day restoration of service. If paying at the kiosk or online, please call to verify your payment with customer service so that restoration will not be delayed. Payments made after 3:30 p.m. will result in services being restored the following business day. Please ask about additional payment options that are available to you; such as auto-pay, to help avoid future shut offs.
